Basic Support

  • Sleep Intake Form

  • Customized Sleep Plan

  • 1 hour video or phone call to review your sleep plan and review any questions you may have

  • Daily Sleep Log through Rested App that allows you to track sleep and me to review

  • Email Support (during normal business hours)** for 2 weeks beginning day of call to review sleep plan (up to 10 emails)*

    *Additional emails charged at $50.00/hour, billed on a weekly basis for up to 2 weeks

Advanced Support

  • 1 hour video or phone call to review your sleep plan and review any questions you may have

  • 2 Weeks of daily email support (during regular business hours) beginning day of call to review sleep plan

  • 30 minute wrap up video or phone call to discuss expectations for moving forward

**Regular business hours are defined as 8:00 am - 4:00 pm EST. Emails and/or phone calls received after 4:00 pm may not be responded to until the following day.

Premium Support

  • 45 minute ask me anything phone call to be used within 12 months of completion of program

Discovery Call

Implement Your Customized Sleep Plan 

My process starts with a free 15 minute discovery call. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, for me to learn your goals, and for me to explain my process and review package options.

All packages and pricing can be found above. Once you have chosen the package you would like, I will send you an invoice and service contract. Following completion of those steps, you will receive an intake form to fill out.

We will have a call to review your customized sleep plan and any questions you have. Based on the package you selected you will have various amounts of support along the way.
